微分干涉对比(DIC):一种光学显微成像技术,通过将偏振光分成两束彼此略微“错开”的光路并让它们在样品中产生不同的相位延迟,随后再合成干涉,从而把样品折射率或厚度的微小梯度转化为明显的明暗差异。常用于观察透明、未染色的活细胞与细胞器。也常称为 Nomarski DIC(诺马斯基微分干涉)
